Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the product experiences a manufacturing defect or stops functioning under normal use, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in reasonable condition, and in its original packaging. If the product is defective or non-functional due to a manufacturing issue within the 30-day period, a return may still be approved even if the product has been used. Proof of purchase is required.

For returns due to dissatisfaction or change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, product malfunction, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate resolution.

Customers who purchase the optional Lifetime Warranty are covered beyond the standard 30-day return and refund period.

The Lifetime Warranty applies if NeckRelevo™ stops functioning or breaks down during normal use, at any time after purchase.

Under the Lifetime Warranty, the customer may choose one of the following resolutions:

  • A free replacement of the product, or

  • A full refund of the original purchase price

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product failure during normal, intended use.

The Lifetime Warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear that does not affect functionality

  • Cosmetic damage that does not impact performance

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or use outside of intended guidelines

  • Dissatisfaction, change of mind, or preference-based reasons (e.g. wanting a different type of product)

How to make a Lifetime Warranty claim

To submit a claim under the Lifetime Warranty, please contact us at www.neckrelevo.store@neckrelevo.store with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Our support team may request additional information to verify the claim before issuing a replacement or refund.

Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or other resolution in accordance with this policy.

 


 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (including food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 


 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 


 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 


 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
